We stock thousands of area rugs for immediate shipment via UPS or FedEx. Most rugs can be expected to deliver within 14 business days. Many deliveries are made much sooner, but we ask that you allow a minimum of 5 business days before contacting The Fine Rug Gallery Guest Service Center for shipping information. Please note that UPS and FedEx do not schedule delivery times and do not bring your area rugs into the home. You will be notified by mail if your purchase is back ordered and given an approximate shipping date. * Larger size area rugs typically 9x12 and above are shipped via UPS Heavy Goods and are delivered with 2 people to the first dry threshold. Guests will be notified of delivery by the local delivery agent. They will also receive a confirmation the day of the delivery.
