What if I can not receive my rug when it is due to deliver?
If you need to postpone delivery for several days, you can visit the UPS website to access UPS My Choice. UPS My Choice will permit you to Reroute or reschedule your rug delivery. If you need to postpone delivery for a longer period of time, you will need to contact our Fine Rug Gallery Service Center at (888) 241-8288 to have your order held for release to the manufacturer at a later date. It is possible that the rug may be out-of-stock at a later date and you will be placed on a back order list.
