I do not see tracking for my order and it has been more than 5 business days since I have placed the order. How do I find the status of my order?
There are multiple reasons why a rug may not yet have tracking information (eg, the order is still processing at the vendor, the tracking information has not been supplied to us, the rug is on a back order, etc).
